附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation and applies as from April 1, 1985.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、昭和六十年四月一日から適用する。
With regard to the monthly amount of the commuting allowance and the monthly amount of the lodging allowance for months on or before March 1985, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和六十年三月以前の月分に係る通所手当及び寄宿手当の月額については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 125, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to vocational training pertaining to a period on or after April 1, 1985, and with regard to vocational training pertaining to a period before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百二十五条第二項の規定は、昭和六十年四月一日以後に係る職業訓練に関して適用し、同日前に係る職業訓練に関しては、なお従前の例による。
