第四条
To an employer that has, during the period until May 31, 1986, become entitled to receive payment of the winter employment stabilization incentive, that winter employment stabilization incentive may be paid on or after June 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance.
昭和六十一年五月三十一日までの間に冬期雇用安定奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなつた事業主に対しては、新規則附則第十七条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年六月一日以後においても当該冬期雇用安定奨励金を支給することができる。
