第三条（事業転換等雇用調整事業に関する経過措置）
For the application of Article 102-10, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the New Ordinance and paragraph (2) of that Article, educational training in the base period for determination in which the Effective Date falls that was conducted before the Effective Date is deemed to be educational training conducted on or after the Effective Date.
With regard to the payment of the training benefit for business conversion, etc. for educational training conducted before the Effective Date (excluding educational training under the preceding paragraph), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
For the application of Article 102-13, paragraph (1), item (ii), (c) of the New Ordinance and paragraph (2) of that Article, leave in the base period for determination in which the Effective Date falls that was conducted before the Effective Date is deemed to be leave conducted on or after the Effective Date.
With regard to the payment of the leave benefit for business conversion, etc. for leave conducted before the Effective Date (excluding leave under the preceding paragraph), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the secondment benefit for business conversion, etc. pertaining to secondment on a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の日における出向に係る事業転換等出向給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the training benefit for persons separated through business conversion, etc. pertaining to hiring on a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
