Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Provisional Measures concerning Year-Round Employment Grant

As the year-round employment grant under Article 111, in addition to those prescribed in Article 113, paragraph (1) and Article 114, paragraph (1), where an employer prescribed in Article 113, paragraph (1), in order to provide year-round employment for the workers prescribed in that paragraph, has those workers engaged in work, during the period until March 15, 2028, in respect of the target period, in an area that requires a change of the domicile or residence of those workers, and bears the costs required for that change, an amount equivalent to the amount of the costs so borne (where that amount exceeds the amount determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, the amount so determined) is to be paid to that employer.
