第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members, and the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children (Act No. 42 of 2024) (October 1, 2025).
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は、育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律及び次世代育成支援対策推進法の一部を改正する法律（令和六年法律第四十二号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年十月一日）から施行する。
The provisions of Article 17-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") and paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Improvement of Employment of Construction Workers as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply from April 1, 2025.
第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）附則第十七条の二及び第三条の規定による改正後の建設労働者の雇用の改善等に関する法律施行規則附則第二項の規定は、令和七年四月一日から適用する。
