Supplementary Provisions, Article 4

With regard to the application of Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance as applied with replaced terms pursuant to Article 15-4-3, paragraph (25) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to educational training (meaning the educational training prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Employment Insurance Ordinance) whose base period for determination has its first day in the period from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023, of a covered insured person (meaning a covered insured person prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Employment Insurance Ordinance; the same applies hereinafter) carried out by a COVID-19-affected employer (meaning a COVID-19-affected employer prescribed in Article 15-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
