第三条
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for leave, etc. implemented by a 2019 Typhoon No. 19, etc. disaster-affected employer prescribed in Article 15-4-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") during the 2019 Typhoon No. 19, etc. special target period prescribed in that paragraph, and for leave, etc. implemented during another target period prescribed in paragraph (6) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
