第一条（施行期日等）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 118-2, paragraph (9), item (i), (c) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance" in the following Article), Article 17-2-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance and the table in Article 17-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article apply from October 1, 2023.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（次条において「新雇保則」という。）第百十八条の二第九項第一号ハ、附則第十七条の二の七及び附則第十七条の三の表の規定並びに次条第二項の規定は令和五年十月一日から適用する。
