第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 17-2-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in the following paragraph and paragraph (3) referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to the paid leave under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of that Article taken on or after August 1, 2021.
For paid leave during the period from August 1, 2021 to the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, the grant for the COVID-19 Elementary School Closure, etc. Response Course prescribed in Article 17-2-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance is not to be paid to an employer that has received payment of the grant for the Childcare Leave, etc. Support Course prescribed in Article 17-2-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act.
The grant for the Childcare Leave, etc. Support Course prescribed in Article 17-2-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance is not to be paid for the paid leave under item (i), (a) or (b) of that paragraph during the period from October 1, 2021 to December 31 of the same year.
新雇保則附則第十七条の二の四第一項に規定する育児休業等支援コース助成金は、令和三年十月一日から同年十二月三十一日までの間における同項第一号イ又はロの有給休暇については、支給しないものとする。
