第五条
The amount of the educational training attendance benefits prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order on Business Operations, Finance and Accounting of the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 22 of 2004) before amendment by the provisions of Article 5 of the 2006 Amending Ordinance, pertaining to the payment of the grant for new entry and growth-field expansion educational training in the construction industry for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (26) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2006 Amending Ordinance, for which the first day of the target period (meaning the period prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (4), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ministerial Order on Business Operations, Finance and Accounting of the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) belongs to the period from August 1, 2004 to March 31, 2006, is the amount obtained by adding, to the amount set out in item (i), the amount obtained by multiplying the amount obtained by deducting the amount set out in item (ii) from the amount set out in item (i) (where that amount is less than zero, it is zero) by the rate determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare:
