Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provisions set out in the following items come into effect as of the days specified respectively in those items:
この省令は、平成三十一年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amending provision to Article 101-2-8 (excluding the portion that adds one item after paragraph (1), item (i) of that Article), the amending provision to Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the amending provision to Form No. 33-2-5, as well as the following Article and Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2019;
the amending provision that deletes Article 14, changes Article 14-2 to Article 14, Article 14-3 to Article 14-2, and Article 14-4 to Article 14-3, and the amending provisions to Form No. 4, Form No. 9-2, Form No. 10, Form No. 10-2, Form No. 33-3, Form No. 33-3-2, Form No. 33-5, Form No. 33-5-2, Form No. 33-6, and Form No. 37: January 1, 2020;
第十四条を削り、第十四条の二を第十四条とし、第十四条の三を第十四条の二とし、第十四条の四を第十四条の三とする改正規定、様式第四号の改正規定、様式第九号の二の改正規定、様式第十号の改正規定、様式第十号の二の改正規定、様式第三十三号の三の改正規定、様式第三十三号の三の二の改正規定、様式第三十三号の五の改正規定、様式第三十三号の五の二の改正規定、様式第三十三号の六の改正規定及び様式第三十七号の改正規定 平成三十二年一月一日
the amending provision to Article 6, the amending provision to Article 7, the amending provision to Article 13, the amending provision to Article 101-5, and the amending provision to Article 101-13 (excluding the portion pertaining to paragraph (6) of that Article): April 1, 2020.
