第二条（経過措置）

With regard to the payment of the regular employment preparation allowance to a qualified recipient, etc. who, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), took up the stable employment prescribed in Article 82-3, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act and who is a person prescribed in before amendment by the provisions of (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に雇用保険法施行規則第八十二条の三第一項に規定する安定した職業に就いた受給資格者等であって、の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）に規定する者に対する常用就職支度手当の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant pertaining to an insured person, etc. who has been given notice of dismissal prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") (excluding an insured person who has been given notice of dismissal prescribed in of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance) and who separated from service before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に離職したの規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）第百二条の三第一項第二号イに規定する解雇を予告された被保険者等（旧雇保則イに規定する解雇を予告された被保険者を除く。）に係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

Where the first day of the base period for determination prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (3) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance is before the Effective Date, with regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant pertaining to the leave, etc. prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of that Article that is implemented within that base period for determination, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

新雇保則第百二条の三第三項に規定する判定基礎期間の初日が施行日前である場合における当該判定基礎期間内に行われた同条第一項第二号イに規定する休業等に係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the support benefit for job-seeking activities, etc. or the re-employment support benefit pertaining to a plan-covered insured person prescribed in of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and an insured person subject to support documents, etc. prescribed in , each of whom separated from service before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に離職した旧雇保則ハに規定する計画対象被保険者及びイに規定する支援書等対象被保険者に係る求職活動等支援給付金又は再就職支援給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the small and medium-sized enterprise incentive for raising the retirement age, etc. to an employer that came to fall under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date (excluding an employer referred to in the following paragraph), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則イに該当することとなった事業主（次項の事業主を除く。）に対する中小企業定年引上げ等奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to an employer that, before the Effective Date, newly took, by a collective agreement, rules of employment or other equivalent means, measures falling under any of of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions of remain in force during the period until six months have passed after those measures were taken. In this case, the phrase "that there is (limited to where six months have passed after those measures were taken)" in is to be read as "that there is".

施行日前に労働協約又は就業規則その他これに準ずるものにより旧雇保則イのいずれかに該当する措置を新たに講じた事業主については、の規定は、当該措置を講じた後六箇月を経過するまでの間、なおその効力を有する。この場合において、イ中「あること（当該措置を講じた後六箇月を経過した場合に限る。）」とあるのは、「あること」とする。

With regard to the payment of the grant for expanding occupational fields for elderly persons, etc. to an employer that came to fall under of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ハに該当することとなった事業主に対する高年齢者職域拡大等助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for securing and enhancing employment of elderly persons to an employers' organization that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により高年齢者雇用確保充実奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主団体に対する高年齢者雇用確保充実奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the Okinawa youth employment promotion incentive to an employer that, before the Effective Date, submitted to the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau the plan prescribed in of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則ロに規定する計画を都道府県労働局長に提出した事業主に対する沖縄若年者雇用促進奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for small and medium-sized enterprise start-ups for regional revitalization to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により地域再生中小企業創業助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する地域再生中小企業創業助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for small and medium-sized enterprise start-ups for regional revitalization to an employer that newly established a corporation, etc. before the Effective Date and that, before the Effective Date, submitted to the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau the plan prescribed in of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に新たに法人等を設立した事業主であって、施行日前に旧雇保則ロに規定する計画を都道府県労働局長に提出したものに対する地域再生中小企業創業助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for supporting shorter working hours during the child-rearing period to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により子育て期短時間勤務支援助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する子育て期短時間勤務支援助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for supporting shorter working hours during the child-rearing period to an employer that has an insured person who, before the day of enforcement of the provisions of , used the shorter working hours system under before amendment by the provisions of and who was raising a child who had not yet reached the age of three, the provisions then in force continue to govern, limited to payment pertaining to that insured person.

の規定の施行の日前にの規定による改正前のハ（１）の短時間勤務の制度を利用した三歳に達するまでの子を養育する被保険者がいる事業主に対する子育て期短時間勤務支援助成金の支給については、当該被保険者に係る支給に限り、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for emergency employment stabilization in small and medium-sized enterprises pertaining to insured persons, etc. who have been given notice of dismissal as prescribed in Article 15, paragraph (2), item (ii), (a) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance (excluding insured persons who have been given notice of dismissal as prescribed in of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance) and who separated from service before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に離職したイに規定する解雇を予告された被保険者等（旧雇保則イに規定する解雇を予告された被保険者を除く。）に係る中小企業緊急雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

Where the first day of the base period for determination prescribed in Article 15, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance is before the Effective Date, with regard to the payment of the grant for emergency employment stabilization in small and medium-sized enterprises pertaining to leave, etc. prescribed in that was implemented within that base period for determination, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

新雇保則附則第十五条第四項に規定する判定基礎期間の初日が施行日前である場合における当該判定基礎期間内に行われたイに規定する休業等に係る中小企業緊急雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the special incentive for conversion of young persons, etc. to regular employment to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により若年者等正規雇用化特別奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する若年者等正規雇用化特別奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the practical training-type trial employment incentive or the regular employment incentive to an employer that made a hiring falling under of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則に該当する雇入れを行った事業主に対する実習型試行雇用奨励金又は正規雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for promoting the establishment of special subsidiaries, etc. to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により特例子会社等設立促進助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する特例子会社等設立促進助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for preparing the establishment of Employment and Life Support Centers for Persons with Disabilities to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則の規定により障害者就業・生活支援センター設立準備助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する障害者就業・生活支援センター設立準備助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for emergency securing of employment of construction workers to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to and of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則及びの規定により建設労働者緊急雇用確保助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する建設労働者緊急雇用確保助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
