This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers, etc. (October 1, 2012).
この省令は、労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成二十四年十月一日）から施行する。
