第三条（経過措置）
The plan concerning the implementation of the project for promoting the securing of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises referred to in Article 118, paragraph (6), item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 8 that, at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, has actually been certified by the head of the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency pursuant to that item is deemed to have been certified by the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau pursuant to Article 118, paragraph (6), item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に第八条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条第六項第三号の規定により独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構の長の認定を受けた同号の中小企業人材確保推進事業の実施に関する計画は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条第六項第三号の規定により、都道府県労働局長の認定を受けたものとみなす。
