第三条（様式に関する経過措置）
The insurance record book for insured day workers under Form No. 11-4 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that is actually issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the insurance record book for insured day workers under Form No. 11-4 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現に交付されている旧雇保則様式第十一号の四による日雇労働被保険者手帳は、新雇保則様式第十一号の四による日雇労働被保険者手帳とみなす。
The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 17-2, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding form of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance.
新雇保則第十七条の二第一項第四号の日雇労働被保険者手帳は、当分の間、なお旧雇保則の相当様式によることができる。
