第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision in Article 1 that adds one Article after Article 15-9 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act comes into effect as of July 10, 2009.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の九の次に一条を加える改正規定は、平成二十一年七月十日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 15-3, paragraphs (2) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") and Article 2, paragraph (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. apply as from April 1, 2009.
この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）附則第十五条の三第二項及び第四項並びに雇用保険法施行規則等の一部を改正する省令附則第二条第六項の規定は、平成二十一年四月一日から適用する。
