Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Handling of Training, etc. Support Benefit

The provisions of Article 125, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance and Article 17-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance apply to the payment of the training, etc. support benefit pertaining to eligible certified combined practical training and eligible fixed-term practical training commenced on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the payment of the training, etc. support benefit pertaining to eligible certified combined practical training and eligible fixed-term practical training commenced before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 125, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance and Article 17-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
