Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 118, paragraph (8) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply as from December 1, 2008, the provisions of Article 15-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance apply as from December 9, 2008, and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members as amended by this Ministerial Order apply as from February 1, 2009.
