This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Minimum Wage Act (Act No. 129 of 2007; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (July 1, 2008).
この省令は、最低賃金法の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第百二十九号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成二十年七月一日）から施行する。
