第七条（雇用安定事業等に関する経過措置等）
The amending provisions in Article 1 to Article 102-5, Article 103, Article 104, Article 110-2, Article 110-3, Article 112, Article 116, Article 117, Article 118, paragraphs (1), (6) and (8), Articles 119 through 120-2 and Article 125 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act and to Articles 15-6 through 15-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the amending provision adding one Article after Article 15-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, and the amending provisions to Articles 17-2 through 17-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the provisions of Article 11, and the amending provisions in Article 14 to Article 21, paragraphs (3), (4) and (8) through (10) of the Ministerial Order on Business Operations, Finance and Accounting of the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency and to Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ministerial Order apply as from April 1, 2007 (referred to as the "application date" in the following Article).
