Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

①With regard to the payment of the grant for human resources upgrading projects under Article 125-4, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") to an employers' association or a federation thereof, or certified associations, etc. prescribed in that paragraph, that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to that paragraph before the Effective Date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②With regard to the payment of the grant for operation of human resources upgrading training under Article 125-4, paragraph (3) of the Former Ordinance, pertaining to the implementation of the vocational training under that paragraph, to an employers' association or a federation thereof, or to certified associations, etc., that fall under the preceding paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment of the human resources upgrading ability development benefit under Article 125-4, paragraph (4) of the Former Ordinance, pertaining to the implementation of the human resources upgrading measures under item (ii) of that paragraph, to an employer that is a member of an employers' association falling under paragraph (1) or of an association constituting a federation of such employers' associations, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
