第二条（経過措置）
The employment insurance notification of change of classification in Form No. 9 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") and the employment insurance notification of transfer in of an insured person in Form No. 10 of the Former Ordinance that have actually been submitted at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect are deemed to be, respectively, the employment insurance notification of change of classification in Form No. 9 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") and the employment insurance notification of transfer in Form No. 10 of the New Ordinance.
The employment insurance notification of change of classification under Article 12-2 of the New Ordinance and the employment insurance notification of transfer under Article 13, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Former Ordinance.
新規則第十二条の二の雇用保険被保険者区分変更届及び新規則第十三条第一項の雇用保険被保険者転勤届は、当分の間、なお旧規則の相当様式によることができる。
