第四条（特定雇用機会増大促進地域等に係る雇用調整助成金の経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for leave or educational training implemented by an employer that fell under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (h) of the Former Ordinance on the day preceding the Effective Date and implemented within the period attached for the relevant specified employment opportunity expansion promotion area pursuant to the first sentence of Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Act on Promotion of Regional Employment Development, etc. (Act No. 23 of 1987) (where, on or after the Effective Date, that period has been extended pursuant to the second sentence of that paragraph, limited to the period before that extension, and where that period has been shortened pursuant to the second sentence of that paragraph, limited to the period as shortened), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日の前日に旧規則第百二条の三第一項第一号チに該当していた事業主が実施する休業又は教育訓練であって当該特定雇用機会増大促進地域について地域雇用開発等促進法（昭和六十二年法律第二十三号）第二条第三項前段の規定により付された期間（施行日以後において当該期間が同項後段の規定により延長された場合においては当該延長前の期間に、当該期間が同項後段の規定により短縮された場合においては当該短縮された期間に限る。）内に行われるものに係る雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
