第二条（経過措置）
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the year-round employment stabilization benefit during the period until March 15, 2001 pursuant to Article 16-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that year-round employment stabilization benefit may be paid on or after March 16 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph.
平成十三年三月十五日までの間に新規則附則第十六条の三第一項の規定により通年雇用安定給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同項の規定にかかわらず、同月十六日以後においても当該通年雇用安定給付金を支給することができる。
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the winter employment stabilization incentive during the period until May 31, 2001 pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that winter employment stabilization incentive may be paid on or after June 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article.
平成十三年五月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条第二項の規定により冬期雇用安定奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年六月一日以後においても当該冬期雇用安定奨励金を支給することができる。
To an employer, an employers' association, or a worker that became eligible to receive payment of the winter skill training course subsidy benefit during the period until March 31, 2001 pursuant to Article 17-2, paragraph (3) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that winter skill training course subsidy benefit may be paid on or after April 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article.
平成十三年三月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条の二第三項又は第四項の規定により冬期技能講習助成給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主若しくは事業主の団体又は労働者に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該冬期技能講習助成給付金を支給することができる。
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the incentive for employing many elderly persons during the period until December 31, 1998 pursuant to Article 17-5, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that incentive for employing many elderly persons may be paid on or after January 1, 1999 as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article.
平成十年十二月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条の五第二項の規定により高年齢者多数雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第二項の規定にかかわらず、平成十一年一月一日以後においても当該高年齢者多数雇用奨励金を支給することができる。
To an employment placement service provider that became eligible to receive payment of the special care welfare grant during the period until March 31, 2000 pursuant to Article 19-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that special care welfare grant may be paid on or after April 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of that Article.
平成十二年三月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十九条の五の規定により特別介護福祉助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった職業紹介事業者に対しては、同条の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該特別介護福祉助成金を支給することができる。
