Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 4, Paragraph (2), Item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act
第六条（改正法附則第四条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める者）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 4, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act are persons for whom there is no prospect of being able to take up an occupation by the day on which they finish receiving basic allowance for the number of days equivalent to the prescribed duration of benefits prescribed in Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Act.
改正法附則第四条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める者は、法第二十二条第一項に規定する所定給付日数に相当する日数分の基本手当の支給を受け終わる日までに職業に就くことができる見込みがないこととする。
