第五条（改正法附則第四条第二項の厚生労働省令で定める日数）
The number of days specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act is the number of days specified in each of the following items according to the categories listed in those items.
改正法附則第四条第二項の厚生労働省令で定める日数は、次の各号に掲げる区分に応じ、当該各号に定める日数とする。
a person who falls under Article 4, paragraph (2), item (ii), (a) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: 30 days;
改正法附則第四条第二項第二号イに該当する者 三十日
a person who falls under Article 4, paragraph (2), item (ii), (b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: 60 days.
