第二条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the re-employment allowance to a qualified recipient prescribed in Article 1, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act who took up stable employment before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
The insurance record book for insured day workers under Article 73, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment that is actually in use on August 1, 1994 may, for the time being, be used after making the necessary revisions.
平成六年八月一日において現に使用している改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第七十三条第一項の規定による日雇労働被保険者手帳は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
