第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 19-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons as amended by the provisions of Article 1 and the provisions of Article 106 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") apply as from January 1, 1990.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、第一条の規定による改正後の高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律施行規則第十九条の三の規定及び第二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第百六条の規定は、平成二年一月一日から適用する。
