Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Date Specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour Under Article 2, Paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act

The date specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour under Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act and the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (hereinafter in paragraphs (1) and (3) of the following Article referred to as the "Amending Act") is March 31, 1992 (or, where a person has acquired the recipient qualification prescribed in Article 14, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Employment Insurance Act, the recipient qualification for the elderly prescribed in Article 37-3, paragraph (2) of that Act or the special recipient qualification prescribed in Article 39, paragraph (2) of that Act by separation from service on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and has, before March 31, 1992, on the basis of that recipient qualification, recipient qualification for the elderly or special recipient qualification, received issuance of the qualified recipient's certificate under Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance"), the elderly qualified recipient's certificate under Article 65-4 of the New Ordinance or the specially qualified recipient's certificate under Article 68 of the New Ordinance, the day on which that issuance was received).
