Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act

①With regard to the payment, to an employer that, before the Effective Date, received certification from the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office concerning a reduction of business activities pursuant to Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (d) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Ordinance"), or filed an application for that certification, of the employment adjustment grant under that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance for vocational training prescribed in paragraph (1), item (i), (b) of that Article that began before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

③With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to the hiring prescribed in item (ii), (a) of that paragraph before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
