第三十三条（再集計等における平均定期給与額）
With regard to changes to the amount subject to automatic changing prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (4) of the Act, the amount of deduction prescribed in Article 19, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act and the payment amount limit prescribed in Article 61, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "amounts subject to automatic changing, etc.") pertaining to the calculation of benefits for unemployment, etc. during the period from August 1, 2004 to July 31, 2019, the average regular earnings in Article 28-4 means the amount of earnings per worker re-tabulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in January 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the "re-tabulated amount"), or the amount of earnings per worker estimated from the average regular earnings of workers in the Monthly Labour Survey published before that month and the re-tabulated amount.
