Supplementary Provisions, Article 24Provisional Measures concerning Educational Training Benefits
第二十四条（教育訓練給付金に関する暫定措置）
For a person to whom Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act applies (including a person deemed to be a person prescribed in Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act pursuant to Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 13 of 2014)), the phrase "three years" in the provisions of Article 101-2-7, items (i) through (iii) is deemed to be replaced with "one year", and the phrase "three years" in the provisions of items (iv) through (vi) of that Article with "two years".
