Supplementary Provisions, Article 17-5-4Provisional Measures concerning Grant for Authorized Training Assistance Project Expenses Pertaining to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake

With regard to the application, in fiscal year 2026, of Article 123 pertaining to the granting of the subsidy for authorized training assistance project expenses concerning the expenses required for disaster recovery of facilities or equipment necessary for conducting authorized training conducted by employers, etc. prescribed in that Article within the area of a municipality to which the Disaster Relief Act was applied at the time of the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, being facilities or equipment that suffered significant damage due to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, the phrase "1/2" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "2/3", the phrase "1/3" with "1/2", and the phrase "expenses required for the installation or improvement of facilities or equipment" in paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Article with "expenses required for disaster recovery of facilities or equipment that suffered significant damage due to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake".
