Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of August 1, 2026.
この省令は、令和八年八月一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 96-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to the payment of wide-area job-seeking activity expenses pertaining to wide-area job-seeking activities that begin on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, and with regard to the payment of wide-area job-seeking activity expenses pertaining to wide-area job-seeking activities that began before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
For the application of Article 96-2 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, wide-area job-seeking activities that began before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order are not to be included in the wide-area job-seeking activities pertaining to the payment of wide-area job-seeking activity expenses under that Article.
新雇保則第九十六条の二の規定の適用については、この省令の施行の日前に開始した広域求職活動は、同条の広域求職活動費の支給に係る広域求職活動に含まれないものとする。
The written application for job-seeking activity support expenses (wide-area job-seeking activity expenses) in accordance with Form No. 32-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") that is actually submitted at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the written application for job-seeking activity support expenses (wide-area job-seeking activity expenses) prescribed in Article 99, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現に提出されているこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）様式第三十二号の二による求職活動支援費（広域求職活動費）支給申請書は、新雇保則第九十九条第一項に規定する求職活動支援費（広域求職活動費）支給申請書とみなす。
The application for job-seeking support expenses (wide-area job-seeking activity expenses) in accordance with Form No. 32-2 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that actually exists at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order may be used for the time being with corrections made to it.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧雇保則様式第三十二号の二による求職活動支援費（広域求職活動費）支給申請書については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
