Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2025.
この省令は、令和七年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
Documents in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) that are actually submitted or issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order are deemed to be in accordance with the forms of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に提出され又は交付されているこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）による書類は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
