附　則

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2025.

この省令は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 101-25 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") (including as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 101-26 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act and as applied with replaced terms in Article 101-27 of that Ordinance) apply to an insured person whose child prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act reaches one year of age on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") (in the case where the provisions of Article 101-25 of the New Ordinance are applied mutatis mutandis in Article 101-26 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, an insured person whose child reaches one year and six months of age on or after the Effective Date, and in the case where the provisions of Article 101-25 of the New Ordinance are applied with replaced terms in Article 101-27 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, an insured person for whom the day designated as the last day of one period during which the person is to take leave arrives on or after the Effective Date).

この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第百一条の二十五（雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の二十六において準用する場合及び同令第百一条の二十七において読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後にその雇用保険法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する子が一歳に達する被保険者（雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の二十六において新規則第百一条の二十五の規定を準用する場合にあっては施行日以後にその当該子が一歳六か月に達する被保険者とし、雇用保険法施行規則第百一条の二十七において新規則第百一条の二十五の規定を読み替えて適用する場合にあっては施行日以後に休業することとする一の期間の末日とされた日が到来する被保険者とする。）について適用する。
