第六条
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for leave, etc. implemented by a July 2020 Heavy Rain disaster-affected employer prescribed in Article 15-4-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance during the July 2020 Heavy Rain special target period prescribed in that paragraph, and for leave, etc. implemented during another target period prescribed in paragraph (6) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
