Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision to Article 116, the portion of the amending provision to Article 120 that replaces "(6), (9)" with "(5), (8), (11)", and the amending provisions to Articles 17-2-2 through 17-2-4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of January 1, 2024.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第百十六条の改正規定、第百二十条の改正規定中「第六項、第九項」を「第五項、第八項、第十一項」に改める部分及び附則第十七条の二の二から第十七条の二の四までの改正規定は、令和六年一月一日から施行する。
