附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 15-4-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to secondment on or after January 1, 2021.
この省令は公布の日から施行し、第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の四の五の規定は、令和三年一月一日以降の出向について適用する。
