第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members and the Employment Insurance Act (September 1, 2021).
この省令は、育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律及び雇用保険法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和三年九月一日）から施行する。
