Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members and the Employment Insurance Act (September 1, 2021).
この省令は、育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律及び雇用保険法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和三年九月一日）から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
Documents that are actually submitted or issued at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect and are in use in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) are deemed to be in accordance with the forms as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に提出され又は交付されているこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
