This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Fishery Act, etc. and on Related Matters (Act No. 95 of 2018) (December 1, 2020).
この省令は、漁業法等の一部を改正する等の法律（平成三十年法律第九十五号）の施行の日（令和二年十二月一日）から施行する。
