第八条
In addition to what is provided for in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions through the preceding Article, matters necessary for implementing payment pertaining to the provisions of this Ministerial Order are to be determined by the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この省令の規定に係る支給の実施のために必要な事項は、厚生労働省職業安定局長が定める。
