第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 101-2-8 and Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order") apply to a person who commenced, on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the educational training under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as "educational training"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the application of Article 101-2-8 and Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Order") to a person who commenced educational training before the Effective Date.
この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新令」という。）第百一条の二の八及び附則第二十五条の規定は、この省令の施行の日以後に雇用保険法（昭和四十九年法律第百十六号）第六十条の二第一項の規定による教育訓練（以下「教育訓練」という。）を開始した者について適用し、施行日前に教育訓練を開始した者に対するこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧令」という。）第百一条の二の八及び附則第二十五条の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Documents that are actually submitted or issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order and are submitted in accordance with the forms (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) of the Former Order are deemed to be in accordance with the forms of the New Order.
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
