第二条（経過措置）
An application for authorization to continue insured status as an insured day worker made before the enforcement of this Ministerial Order pursuant to Article 74, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order is deemed to have been made pursuant to Article 74, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第七十四条第一項の規定によりされた日雇労働被保険者資格継続の認可申請については、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第七十四条第一項の規定によりされたものとみなす。
