Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Welfare of Working Youth, etc. (Act No. 72 of 2015; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (April 1, 2016).
この省令は、勤労青少年福祉法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十七年法律第七十二号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年四月一日）から施行する。
