Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2012.
この省令は、平成二十四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 57, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to the attendance allowance paid to a qualified recipient who undergoes public vocational training, etc. commenced on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to the attendance allowance paid to a qualified recipient who undergoes, on or after the Effective Date, public vocational training, etc. commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
The provisions of Article 22 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance apply to a person for whom the day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification is on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 22 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order to a person for whom the day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新雇保則附則第二十二条の規定は、受給資格に係る離職の日が施行日以後である者について適用し、受給資格に係る離職の日が施行日前である者に係るこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第二十二条の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Documents that are used in accordance with the forms before amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "Former Forms" in the following paragraph) at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order are deemed to be in accordance with the forms as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際この省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
