This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2012; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect as of October 1, 2013.
この省令は、平成二十四年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は、平成二十五年十月一日から施行する。
