Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act

①With regard to the notification of having become an insured person under Article 6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") pertaining to a person who became an insured person before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Form No. 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the written application for voluntary enrollment as an insured day worker under Form No. 25 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the notification of acquisition of insured status as an insured day worker under Form No. 26 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for authorization to continue insured status as an insured day worker under Form No. 28 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status (new) summary sheet for submission of flexible disks under Form No. 35 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance that are actually submitted at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order are deemed to be, respectively, the employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Form No. 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the written application for voluntary enrollment as an insured day worker under Form No. 26 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the notification of acquisition of insured status as an insured day worker under Form No. 25 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for authorization to continue insured status as an insured day worker under Form No. 28 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status (new) summary sheet for submission of flexible disks under Form No. 35 of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance.

③The employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the notification of acquisition of insured status as an insured day worker under Article 71, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for voluntary enrollment as an insured day worker under Article 72, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, the written application for authorization to continue insured status as an insured day worker under Article 74, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, and the employment insurance notification of acquisition of insured status (new) summary sheet for submission of flexible disks under Article 146, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance.
