第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2004; provided, however, that the amending provisions to Article 17, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1 come into effect as of June 1, 2004.
この省令は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条第一項から第三項までの改正規定は、平成十六年六月一日から施行する。
